He and his brother co-founded Walt Disney Productions, which later became The Walt Disney Company and is one of the best-known motion picture companies in the world. Walt Disney was born to Elias Disney and Flora Call Disney on December 5th, 1901 in Hermosa, Illinois. Being a chain smoker most if his life, he died of lung cancer on December 15, 1966 age 65 in Burbank, California. He is buried at Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale California.
